​Physiotherapy receipts will only be given at the time of service (applies to treatments purchased in the package structure). Full payment is due at the end of each treatment session.

Payments for services can be made via cash, cheque, email bank transfer (prior to treatment session only), debit or credit card.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

15 hours discounted by 10% = $1822.50 (can be used for 1hr, 1.5 hr or 2hr treatment sessions)

Package does not have an expiry date.

Prepayment in full is required.

Packages are transferable and unused services are refundable.  In cases where packaged hours are being refunded, the discount will be adjusted based on the number of hours used at the rate of services for a 1hr treatment session.  Package cannot be retroactively discounted for treatments already received.  

​Packages that were purchased prior to July 1, 2023 will be honoured at the hourly rate that they were purchased at until the end of the package or a refund is requested.
