A) Package of 5 hours is discounted by 5% 

Cost $712.50 for 5 hours (can be used for 1hr, 1.5hr or 2hr treatment sessions)

b) Package of 10 hours is discounted by 10% 

Cost $1350 for 10 hours (can be used for 1hr, 1.5hr or 2hr treatment sessions)

Prepayment in full is required, packages cannot be retroactively discounted for treatments already received.  Packages do not have an expiry date.

Treatments within each package are transferable and unused services are refundable.  In cases where packaged hours are being refunded, the discount will be adjusted accordingly reflecting the appropriate rate of services. 

​Packages that were purchased prior to July 1, 2024 will be honoured at the hourly rate that they were purchased at until the end of the package or a refund is requested.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

​Physiotherapy receipts will only be given at the time of service (applies to treatments purchased in the package structure). Full payment is due at the end of each treatment session (non packaged sessions).

Payments for services can be made via cash, cheque, email bank transfer (prior to treatment session only), debit or credit card.
